Birthdays and Broken Legs

It was Jamie's 11th birthday at the weekend and he had a fun time despite having his leg in plaster due to it being broken at school last month. Here he is with one of his presents. He also got a hamster which he has named Layla, Fifa 10 for his XBox, a Michael Jackson CD, a drawing book and some money which he wants to blow on Match Attax.
He had a couple of friends round to play and watch a film in the afternoon.
I've signed up for Shimelle's latest class which is all about blogging and scrapping and, true to form, I am late starting it but am keen to get going and catch up now.
Firstly, here are a few of my latest layouts that have been sitting in my room, collecting dust, waiting to be put in an album.

Rebecca and Uncle David sharing a moment at Monkey World back in May

Alex trying to tie his new shoe laces up. He still almost always chooses to squeeze into his smaller trainers though, as he is too lazy to bother with the laces.

All three of them waling along the cliff edge at Portland Bill back in May.
I'll be back later with my first blog post for Shimelle's class.
